Mrs. Janice Kay Swatzell Smith, age 67, of Farmington passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
She was of the Methodist faith and a homemaker.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband of 37 years, Steve Smith; her mother, Malva Breedlove Swatzell of Mayfield, KY; one son, Kyle Smith of Farmington, KY; one daughter, Bealinda Smith of Murray, KY; and two grandchildren, Abby Lonsway and Joseph Lonsway.
She was preceded in death by her father, J. E. Swatzell.
Graveside services for Mrs. Janice Kay Swatzell Smith will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Farmington Cemetery. Joey Green will officiate. Interment will follow.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
