The Marshals won their seventh straight over Calloway County in Murray on Thursday. It was the first 1-0 game over the Lakers since the Oct. 11, 2012 district championship.
Jericho Evans scored the Marshals only goal and it was his fourth of the season. Steven Claborn had five saves. It was their third shutout in the first four games of the season and they improve to 4-0.
The Marshals will play in a varsity double header on Tuesday in Murray.
