Jeffrey Lee Phillips, 54, of Paducah passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
Jeffrey was formerly a dealer at Harrah’s in Metropolis and a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
Surviving is his mother, Doris Phillips of Paducah; three siblings, Jimmy (Toni) Phillips of Smithfield, NC, Tommy (Stacy) Phillips of Metropolis, Tammy Dennis of Paducah; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas C. Phillips.
Graveside services will be at 1:00pm on Monday, August 8, 2022, at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Burial will follow.
