Helen Hayes Lein of Benton, Kentucky, passed away July 27, 2022 at the age of 96.
Formerly of Fort Pierce, Florida, Helen was born on August 23, 1926 to the late William and
Elanore Hayes.
Helen was a homemaker whom was of the Methodist faith. She enjoyed playing the organ,
shuffleboard and being active in general. She was a beloved wife to the late Otto Lein and
mother to her three children.
She leaves behind two daughters, Ellen Simon of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey and Bonnie
Jezik of Benton, Kentucky; one son, Arthur Lein of Brick, New Jersey; Six grandchildren and
Eight great grandchildren.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Otto Lein; parents, William and Elanore Hayes, and brother Williams Hayes, Jr.
