Mr. Dennis Ray Johnson, age 63, of Mayfield passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
He was of the Baptist faith and a former truck driver.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his mother, Wanda Sue Harrison Johnson of Mayfield, KY; three daughters, Angie Nicole Johnson of Mayfield, KY, Jessica LeAnn Johnson of Hot Springs, AR, and Bethany Shae Johnson of Paducah, KY; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ricky Lynn Johnson and Randall Stephen Johnson and his father, Thomas Lindal Johnson.
Graveside services for Mr. Dennis Ray Johnson will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Cuba Community Cemetery. Rev. Duane Fields will officiate. Interment will follow.
Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Friday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
