Everyone is invited to a Veterans’ Brunch Saturday, July 2nd, at the Lakeland Event Center in Calvert City on Hwy 62. Chelsy Solomon, director of the center, joined us on WCBL’s Coffee Call program and says all veterans eat free and the brunch will run that morning from 9 ’til 11. The cost for others is $15 for adults and $5 for children and the money goes to A Soldier’s Heart and The Hugs Project. For more information you can call 270-906-0166.
