Lesa Harrell McClain, 58, of Wickliffe, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Lesa was born in Cairo, Illinois on August 20, 1963 to the late George and Elaine Smith Harrell. She was of the Baptist faith. Lesa was a very talented artist who loved to make crafts for her friends and for decorating around her home. She was an amazing friend to everyone and a loving person that people gravitated towards. Lesa worked for many years as a preschool teacher and loved children, especially her own grandchildren.
Lesa is survived by her husband of 32 years, Richard McClain of Wickliffe; her son, Joshua McClain of Wickliffe; one step-daughter, Lisa McClain (Jeff) Britton of South Fulton; four sisters, Robbie Cruse of Paducah, Tena Dodd of Cairo, Illinois, Jenny Dean of Wickliffe and Tracey (Robin) Franklin of Thebes, Illinois; one brother, Bruce Harrell of Cairo. Illinois; four grandchildren, Beau McClain of Murray, Kaylee Britton of South Fulton, Laykan Britton of South Fulton and Dallas Holland of Murray; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded on death by her two brothers, George “Buddy” Harrell and Wesley Harrell; and her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe with Bro. Dee Hazelwood officiating.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until the service time of 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at the funeral home.
