Sue Ellen Ferren, age 80, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 12:03 A.M. Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Sue was born in New York City, New York on Wednesday, June 4, 1941 to Myron and Francesca Arronson. She served her country in the United States Naval Reserve. She had worked as a florist and also as a realtor. She was a member of Ohio Valley Baptist Church, Paducah Board of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Eastern Star #122, and a life-long member of MENSA. Sue loved animals, especially horses, gardening and reading.
Mrs. Ferren is survived by her “beloved husband” of 30 years, William G. Ferren; her daughters, Jacqueline S. Ridout (Granger) of Cordova, Tennessee and Robin M. Richardson (Mark) of Chevy Chase, Maryland; her son, Bret A. Moss (Pam) of Sunrise, Florida; her step-daughter, Kellie Russell of Paducah; her step-son, Todd Ferren of Paducah; her “loving sister”, Dr. Judith Siegel of Sebastopal, California; her grandchildren, Hannah, Spencer, David, Emileigh, Riley, Michael, William and Ophelia; one great grandchild, August; her life-long friend, Mary Nichols of Paducah.
Mrs. Ferren was preceded in death by her parents, Myron B. Arronson and Francesca E. Fox Finberg Arronson; her sister-in-law, Janett Kennedy; her brother-in-law, Dr. Larry Gibson.
An inurnment at Oak Grove Cemetery in Ledbetter, Kentucky will take place at a later date.
