Mr. David J. Farquhar, age 71, of Water Valley, formerly of Carpentersville, IL, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at his residence.
He was a retired machinist for ACME Industrial and a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran.
Mr. Farquhar is survived by his wife, Patricia Robin Cline Farquhar; four daughters, Emily Rose Welton of Poplar Grove, IL, Rebecca Leigh Klitzke of Water Valley, KY, Traci Ann Farquhar of Grandview, TN and Kimberly Grace Farquhar of Memphis, TN; five sisters, Elaine Rounds of Rockford, IL, Nancy Foster Malauf of Manitowish Water, WI, Cindy Dotson of Arkansas, TX, Pam Foster of Elgin, IL and Carol Greatsinger of Marengo, IL; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Elson and Betty Rose Smith Farquhar.
A private family memorial service for Mr. David J. Farquhar will be held at a later date.
