Drug Trafficking Investigation Nets Paducah Woman

Over the course of several months, Detectives and Deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office had received numerous complaints and tips alleging that Cassidy D. Hawkins, 48, was involved in illegal drug activity, such as selling Methamphetamine and other drugs.

Through the investigation, a Warrant of Arrest was issued on Hawkins for Trafficking Methamphetamine and other numerous drug related charges.

On 05-19-2022, just after 3:00pm, a Deputy with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office went to the residence of Hawkins at 1002 Markham Ave. in Paducah, KY 42003 in reference to this on-going drug investigation and the warrant.

During this investigation, Hawkins was found to be in possession of a quantity of Methamphetamine including several loaded syringes, marijuana, digital weight scales, small zip-loc baggies, Methamphetamine smoking pipes, currency believed to be proceeds from illegal drug sales, and several other assorted items of drug paraphernalia.

Hawkins was arrested on the warrant for her arrest and received new felony drug charges. Hawkins was then transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail where she was lodged.
