
Born April 18, 1928 in Detroit, Michigan, to Daniel and Lora (McMurry) Devor, Mr. Devor was a retired chemical operator working at Air Products and Westlake in Calvert City. He was a 37 year member of Elks Lodge #2707 in Benton and a World War II era veteran of the United States Army.
Mr. Devor is survived by his wife, Sally (Boyd) Devor; two daughters, Dava (Ken) Hooper of Benton, Kentucky, and Heather (Chuck) Crouch of Palm Harbor, Florida; five grandchildren, Scott (Leah) Oakley, Eric (Shelby) Oakley, Teasha (Steve) Klestinec; Cameron Crouch, and Brayden Crouch and four great-grandchildren, Braxton Oakley, Colt Oakley, Jolee Oakley, and Beckman Klestinec.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Devor was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Devor, Jr.; two brothers, Daniel Devor, Jr. and Jack Devor; and one sister, Alice Roy.
Elks Memorial Services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 23rd, 2022 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West Fifth Street, Benton, Kentucky. Interment will follow in Dunn Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 23rd, 2022 at the funeral home.
