Mr. Robert Wyatt Gamble, 66 of Benton, Kentucky, died Wednesday, April 20th, 2022 at Marshall County Hospital.
Born October 6, 1955 in Hopkinsville, KY, he was the son of the late John Wesley Gamble, Jr. and Erma Gray (McCain) Gamble.
He was retired carpenter with Starks Brothers Mobile Homes. Mr. Gamble was a veteran of the United States Navy and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Leesa Gordon Gamble; son, Robert Michael (Meghen) Gamble of Orlando, FL; daughters, Rushelle (Jeremy) Roy of Beaverton, OR, Heather Gamble, Almo, KY; brother, Mike (Kristie) Gamble of Hopkinsville, KY; grandchildren, Maddox Lane Gamble, Derrick (Courtney) Roy, Joseph (Yuno) Roy, James Roy; great-grandchildren, Mila Roy, Ariya Roy; brother-in-law Ronnie (Eileen) Gordon; and sisters-in-law Dinesha Hopkins, and Sheila (Grady) Carlisle.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Gamble was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Williams Darnall.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Collier Funeral Home, located at 211 West 5th Street, Benton, KY, with Bro. Joel Frizzell officiating.
Interment will follow in Union Ridge Cemetery near Aurora, KY, with military graveside rites conducted by American Legion Post 236.
Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Collier Funeral Home.
