Linda Swift, age 75, of Paducah passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022 at her home.
Linda was born on April 26, 1946 in Paducah to the late Grady Joiner and Edna Eaton Joiner. She worked as an order clerk for Heil Beauty Supply and was a member of Southside Holiness Church. She also loved to go on motorcycle rides with her late husband. In her free time, she loved gardening and taking care of all the beautiful flowers around her house. Linda loved to travel and would try to make time for her annual “girls trip” to Florida with her friends and family. More than anything else she loved her family and spending time with her grandkids, nephew, and their children.
The family would also like to share their gratitude to the caregivers, Kaitlyn, Mandy, Cindy, Mary, and Linda for providing so much love and care for Linda during these difficult times.
Linda is survived by her son, William Skinner (Rennie) of Paducah; her sister, Tansie Korth (George) of Paducah; two grandchildren, Riley Skinner and Nathaniel Skinner; one nephew, Brian Taylor (Courtney) and their children Cayden Taylor, Blake Taylor, and Cara Taylor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Ray Swift; and her parents, Grady and Edna Joiner.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 25, 2022 at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Kevin Pleasant officiating. Burial will follow at Benton Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 24, 2022 at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
