For immediate release

The Marshall County Public Library is working with the Benton Partnership and Benton Woman’s Club to provide some pampering and local fun during the city’s Mother’s Day Market event on Sat. April 30.

The event, which will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. that day, will serve as a chance for moms to shop local, enter to win free giveaways/prizes, and enjoy some personal pampering before Mother’s Day weekend.

At the library, moms will have the opportunity to have their photo taken at a selfie station on the first floor, with a balloon arch and spring background. There will also be light refreshments to grab and go, Mother’s Day bookmarks, Mother’s Day crafts for kids, and a basket giveaway to sign up for in-house.

The Benton Woman’s Club will also be hosting a pampering station in the library’s meeting room from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., where chair massages, free yoga sessions, and more will be provided to participants.
