Born Sunday, May 16, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Grayley Phelps and the late Inez (Gamblin) Phelps. She was the wife of the late Bobby Russell.
She is survived by her sons, Ricky Coomer of Calvert City, KY, Bobby Russell of Calvert City, KY; daughters, Belinda Johnson husband Rick of Calvert City, KY, Rhonda Watson husband Teddy of Calvert City, KY; brother, J.R. Phelps of Nashville, TN; sisters, Nell Russell of Calvert City, KY, Ruth Littlepage of Nortonville, KY; grandchildren, Adam House, Matthew Keeling, Samantha Johnson, Trey Dyer, Hope Russell, Nathan Johnson, Tiffany McManus, Tyler Coomer, Dakota Wilhelm, Montana Wilhelm, Steven Wilhelm, Bobby Coomer, Ashley Watson; and 7 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughters, Polly Irvan, Melissa Wilhelm; brother, Ray Phelps; sisters, Norma Butler, Opal Littlepage, Macy Rogers, Helen Browning, Earline Masden; and grandchild, Alexis House,
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 11, 2022 at Collier Funeral Home, located at 211 West 5th St., Benton, KY 42025 with the Bro. Mark Shumaker officiating.
Interment will follow in Calvert City Cemetery, Calvert City, KY.
