Mr. Stefan Dakota Willis, age 59, of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Mayfield, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at South Mountain Post Acute Skilled Nursing in Phoenix, AZ.
He was a former employee of Walmart.
Mr. Willis is survived by three sisters, Izora Carman of Bowling Green, KY, Georgia Hawkins of Pryorsburg, KY and Martha Vinson of Mayfield, KY.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Kathy Carman and Sara Carman; one brother, Lamont Carman; and his parents, James Wardell Willis and Vera Carman.
A private family service for Mr. Stefan Dakota Willis will be held at a later date.
