Born Monday, November 24, 1947 in Mayfield, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Buford Lynch and the late Mable Imogene (Burkhart) Lynch.
Surviving are his wife, Carolyn (Duncan) Lynch of Benton, KY, daughters, Lisa Southern of Symsonia, KY, Linda Hodgson of Symsonia, KY and Lori Cirrito of Symsonia, KY, brothers, Danny Lynch of Benton, KY and James Ronald Lynch of Benton, KY, sister, Celina Jones of Benton, KY; 7 grand children; 9 great grand children.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kay Wilkerson.
A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 1, 2022 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, Kentucky 42025 with Bro. Mike Farmer officiating.
Interment will follow in Vanzora Cemetery, Benton, KY.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Friday, April 1, 2022, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, Kentucky.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society or to Lourdes Hospice, Paducah, KY.
