Sylvia Waidzulis, age 91, of Mayfield, KY passed away Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
She was a retired bookkeeper for Manufacturers Bank.
Sylvia is survived by her son, Vincent (Mary) Waidzulis, Jr. of Antioch, IL; one daughter, Charmaine (Grover) Gunn of Mayfield, KY; six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Waidzulis, Sr.; four sisters, Vivian Kunz, Arlene Katsibubas, Germain Pacholic and George Ann Ricksecker and parents, George and Emily Modla Vicek.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Byrn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
