Multi-Agency Investigation Leads To Numerous Arrests

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested six (6) people Monday night in Paducah, McCracken County during a multi-agency drug investigation.

Over the course of the past approximate week detectives from McCracken, Marshall, Calloway, and  Graves County Sheriff’s Offices along with DEA agents have been working together on numerous drug investigations. On Monday night those investigations led to another six (6) arrests at a Paducah Hotel in the 5000 Block of Cairo Road.

During the investigation/arrests detectives seized more than 2.4lbs of Crystal Methamphetamine, over $7,000 in suspected drug monies and assorted drug paraphernalia.

All six individuals were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail. These investigations are continuing.

Arrested: Billy J. Burns 30, of Hansen Road Paducah KY

Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine 2nd or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating on suspended license

Arrested: Brett M. Nance 38, of Murray, KY

Charges: Conspiracy to trafficking in Methamphetamine 1st offense, possession of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

Arrested: Jeremiah W. Williams 42, of Springview Drive (McCracken County)

Charges: Conspiracy to trafficking in Methamphetamine 1st offense

Arrested: Thomas Venzera 32, of Burldean Drive (McCracken County)

Charges: Conspiracy to trafficking in Methamphetamine 2nd offense and operating on suspended license

Arrested: Pamela L. Bettencourt 37, of Joe Clifton Drive (Paducah)

Charges: Conspiracy to trafficking in Methamphetamine 1st offense, possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia

Arrested: Donald K. Duncan 51, of Salem KY                 

Charges: Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine 2nd or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia
