Suspicious Person Call Leads to Drug Arrest

On February 16th at approximately 6:32pm, a Deputy with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office responded to the I-24 bridge in reference to a suspicious person. Law Enforcement was then able to locate 39-year-old Melissa M. Martin of Paducah along the bridge. During the investigation, it was discovered that Martin was in possession of Crystal Methamphetamine.

Martin was arrested and lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail.

Arrested: Melissa M. Martin 39 of Paducah, KY 42003

Charges:

  • Possession of Methamphetamine 1st Offense
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
