Margaret Byassee, 78, of Arlington, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Clinton Place Nursing Home in Clinton, Kentucky.
Margaret was born in Fulton, Kentucky on July 26, 1943 to the late Horace James and Jessie Cox Byassee. She was of the Baptist faith. Margaret had an incredible work ethic, often working multiple jobs to help support her family. She was always willing to help anyone out, no matter the circumstances. Her love of hard work influenced her personal life where she loved to spend her free time mowing her yard or tending to the flowers in her garden. Margaret was a kind and loving woman who enjoyed helping all those around her.
Margaret is survived by her sister, Janice Simon of Arlington; sister-in-law, Carol Byassee of Arlington; and her two nephews, Tim Terry and James Wright, both of Arlington.
She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Dale Byassee; two brothers, Roger and Mandel Byassee; and her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington with Bro. David Sphinx officiating. A private family burial will take place at Clinton City Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the service time of 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the funeral home.
