Joe Langston, 66, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away at 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Mercy Health Lourdes. He was born in Paducah, Kentucky on November 20, 1955 to the late Bobby Joe Langston, Sr. and Mary Anne Walker Langston. Joe was a retired electrician from Illinois Central Gulf Rail Road and USEC. He was a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local #1925. Joe was a member of Ducks Unlimited, National Wild Turkey Federation, Rocky Mountian Elk Foundation, Whitetails Unlimited and enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Roxana Prince Langston; daughter, Channing Langston Klein and husband, Jonathan, of Louisville, Kentucky; son, Chase Hawes of Nashville, Tennessee; two sisters, Katherine Thurmer of Memphis, Tennessee and Jeannine Reese of Paducah, Kentucky; brother, Thomas Langston of Paducah, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Dylan Hawes, Beckett Hawes, Kinleigh Hawes, Jonah Klein and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rodney Baker officiating.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
