Mike Driver, age 73

Mike Driver, age 73, of Mayfield, Ky passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Mercy Health Lourdes.  Mike was of Christian Faith and a retiree of USEC where he was an operator.   The Driver family owned and operated Trinity Hills Farm Bed & Breakfast for many years.   In the 60’s he helped his parents open and operate the KFC stores in Paducah, and was taught to fry chicken by Colonel Sanders when he was 13.  Mike taught stain glass artistry and instructed the first stained glass artist in Nigeria. He loved taking rides on his Can-Am Spider trike.  He could be caught at the gun range where he loved to spend time target shooting with family and friends.  Mike was a member of the national guard.

Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Rebecca Ann Compton Driver, one daughter, Cassandra Lee (Daniel) Morrow, Paducah, KY; one son, Brandon Michael Driver, Mayfield, KY; five grandchildren, Mahi Driver, Naavah Morrow, Ezekiel Morrow, Jael Morrow and Nadria Morrow; foster sister, Rochelle (Don) Joyce, Atlanta, GA

Preceding in death were his parents: James “Jimmy” Edward Driver and Nancy Cannon Driver; one infant son.

Memorial Services will be held Friday, December 17, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Brad Henson officiating.  Visitation will be held Friday,  December 17, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until service time of 1:00 p.m. at the  Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
