Mrs. Carolyn Creason Bushart, age 69, of Wingo passed away on Friday, November 19, 2021 at her residence.
She was a member of Sedalia Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Mrs. Bushart is survived by her husband, Tommy Wayne Bushart; two sons, Michael Bushart and Joseph (Kelly) Bushart both of Mayfield, KY; one brother, Carl Creason of Wingo, KY; five grandchildren, Kortnee Bushart, Kole Bushart, Kaitlyn Adams, Sidney Bushart and Robert Bushart; and four great grandchildren, Kadince Bushart, Kenlee Bushart, Luke Adams and Axel Adams.
She was preceded in death by one son, Robert Charles Bushart and her parents, Voris and Paula Clement Creason.
Funeral services for Mrs. Carolyn Creason Bushart will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Chris Clark will officiate. Interment will follow at Pilot Oak Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mike Bushart, Joe Bushart, Stephen Bushart, Robert Bushart, Chandler Adams and Damion Caldwell.
Visitation will be 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at the funeral home.
