Ms. Tyleen Ann Crittendon, age 73, of Boaz passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
She was a member of Solid Rock Gospel Church and a homemaker.
Ms. Crittendon is survived by two daughters, Teresa (Brian) Womble of Mayfield, KY and Dyan (Rob) Carter of Wingo, KY; four grandchildren, Leah Greer, Lauren Tindal, Landon Womble and Emily Brindley; and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Evan Crawford and her parents, Jewel Conner and Mayme Lou Byrn Conner.
Funeral services for Ms. Tyleen Ann Crittendon will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Bro. Tim Warren will officiate. Interment will follow at Wingo Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
