Victoria Cathcart Baier, age 73, of Benton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones.
Victoria was born on April 8, 1948 in Mayfield to the late Grover Vance and Anna Ruth Reed Cathcart. She was a lover of all things Elvis, a wonderful Mom and Mamaw, and quite the spit fire. She will be remembered for her lack of filter, her contagious laugh, and the love she poured into her family.
Victoria is survived by her daughter, Theresa Bullard (Anthony) of Benton; her son, James Burleson of Benton; six grandchildren, Sierra Baier-Carr of Mayfield, Derek Baier of Benton, Gage Baier of Benton, Nicole Sekesan of Murray, Morgan Jones of Benton, and Hunter Baier of Benton; and six great grandchildren, Jackson Baier, Harlan Baier, Jaylen Baier, Rose Teague, Elias Sekesan, and Rylee Sekesan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Joseph Baier, Sr.; her son, Joe Baier; her sister, Priscilla M. Daleo; and her parents.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Filbeck-Cann Funeral Home of Milner & Orr.
