CFSB Announces four promotions following Board Meeting

(Benton, KY)- Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) CEO Michael Radcliffe is pleased to announce the promotion of four team members following the October Board Meeting.

Nancy Adams was promoted to Chief Operations Officer. Adams has worked at CFSB for 13 years including positions such as relationship banker, product specialist, deposit operations team leader, and most recently as Operations Officer.  With this announcement, Adams will become the newest member of the CFSB Executive Committee.   President Jason Jones comments, “Nancy’s work ethic is amazing as she is always thinking and planning how CFSB can be better from an operational standpoint which translates into a better experience for all of our clients.”

Caitlin Matheny was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Internal Auditor.  Matheny has been at CFSB for 7 years and has served on the Accounting Team and the Audit Team in various positions. She was promoted to Internal Auditor and Team Leader in August of 2021 and completed the CFSB Specialist Program in January 2019. Chief Risk Officer Michelle Jameson says, “Caitlin’s dedication to providing independent and objective evaluations of all bank activities is outstanding. We couldn’t do it without the precision and thoughtfulness that she puts into her work.”

Josh Kerr was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Compliance, Diversity and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer.  Kerr began his career at CFSB almost 4 years ago and has served in roles as a credit analyst and compliance analyst.  As the Compliance, Diversity and BSA Officer, he will oversee the regulatory compliance and BSA program for the bank. Chief Risk Officer Michelle Jameson adds, “Josh’s ability to understand and explain regulations and law is amazing. What an asset he has been to our team!”

Taylor Hicks was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Information Security Officer.  Hicks has worked at CFSB for over 7 years and began serving the bank as the Information Security Analyst.  He also graduated from the CFSB Specialist Program in 2017.  Chief Risk Officer Michelle Jameson says, “Taylor’s extensive knowledge of information security, cybersecurity, and IT risk management ensures the safety of bank and client information. It’s a critical role at CFSB.”
