Mr. Moore was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church where he was a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. He was retired from L.S. DuBois as a shipping receiving clerk. David spent his time caring for his wife and collecting trains.
David is survived by his wife of 20 years, Betty Marie Brown Moore; a brother, William ‘Bill’ Moore and wife, Sandra Gayle of Paducah; his nieces and nephews, Michael David Moore, Karen Ann Coreau, John William Moore and Jennifer Fox; and several great- neices and great- nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert David Moore Sr. and Jessie Lee Stokes Moore.
A funeral mass will be held at 12:30 P.M. on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with Father Gary Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm on Sunday, October 16, 2021 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
