The 4-H Youth Development Director for Marshall County, Lena Mallory joined us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. Mallory says she oversees the 4-H programs for the Marshall County Extension Office while also managing the 4-H volunteers. She says one of the main purposes is to make sure that youth have a voice in the county.
