Marshals win Paducah Tilghman Invitational, Wall medalist

Trey Wall won the Paducah Tilghman Invitational held Saturday at Paxton Park Golf Course with a 4-under par round of 67, leading the Marshals to the team win.

Playing in the Paducah Tilghman Invitational on Saturday at Paxton Park, a team score of 281 gave the Marshals a win by 19 strokes over St. Mary.

Marshall County took the top two spots individually – Trey Wall took first with a 4-under 67 and just a stroke back in second place was Ryan Stokes with a round of 68. David Jack Morris placed fifth with a 1-over 72, Camdyn McLeod shot 74 and Gunner Hoover 79.

The team is scheduled to play their first home match at Calvert City Country Club against St. Mary on Thursday, Aug. 19.
