Kathie Lachelle Alvey, 44, of Paducah passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.
Kathie formerly worked at Hardees.
She will be cremated, and the family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
The family is requesting donations to help with funeral expenses.
