Mrs. Evangeline (Huggins) “Angel” Byars, 86 of Gilbertsville, KY passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at 3:28 a.m. at Landmark of Kuttawa, Kuttawa, KY.
Born May 8, 1934 in Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of the late Glenn Alva Huggins and the late Jeannette (Packard) Huggins. She was retired from the state of Kentucky was a member of the Kentucky Lake Mission Church in Gilbertsville, KY.
