Mr. Charles K. “Chuck” Tolar III, age 69, of Murray, formerly of Mayfield, KY, passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021 at Murray Calloway County Hospital in Murray, KY.
He was of the Methodist faith.
Mr. Tolar is survived by one sister, Sherry (Johnny) Myers of Mayfield, KY and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William T. and Lois Brandon Tolar.
Graveside services for Mr. Charles K. “Chuck” Tolar III will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Maplewood Cemetery. Jerry Mayes will officiate. Interment will follow.
Visitation will be 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
