Mr. Carlos Crooks, age 91, of Clear Springs passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Providence Pointe Healthcare in Paducah, KY.
He was a member of Symsonia Baptist Church, a retired employee of Atofina in Calvert City, KY with 39 years of service and a U.S. Army veteran having served during the Korean War.
Mr. Crooks is survived by one son, David (Sally) Crooks of Richmond, VA; two daughters, Debra (Wally Mallis) Bell of Symsonia, KY and Dana (Brad) Dashiell of Franklin, TN; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Mason Crooks; one son, Danny Crooks; one brother, Garlos Crooks; and his parents, Tony and Velda Sloan Crooks.
Funeral services for Mr. Carlos Crooks will be 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 14, 2021 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Mike Farmer and Rev. Rick Miller will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
