Ms. Bettye P. Garland, age 82, of Mayfield passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at her residence.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Mayfield, KY.
Ms. Garland is survived by one son, Billy W. (Desiree) Garland of Princeton, KY; two daughters, Rhonda Garland Hobbs of Mayfield, KY and Debra Garland (Tim) Wallis of Lynnville, KY; one sister, Billie Jean Allock of Cunningham, KY; one brother, Howard Head of Florida; five grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, David Garland; two sisters, Pat Pease and Judy Dozier; her father, Howard Pease; and her mother, Frances Ophella Pease Hill.
Graveside services for Ms. Bettye P. Garland will be 2:00 p.m on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Zoar Baptist Church Cemetery in Cunningham, KY. Rev. Wayne Dozier will officiate. Interment will follow.
Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
