Myrtle Ida Biby Slack, age 94, of Bardwell, passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at her residence.
Myrtle was born in Chaffee, Missouri on January 6, 1927 to the late Robert and Blanche Knuff Biby. She was a sweet, kind and loving person who cared for everyone in her life. Myrtle especially loved to show her affection to others through her cooking.
Myrtle is survived by her special family, Kay Bowman (Mike) McChristian, Bobby (Joyce) Carder and Sonya (Craig) Mainord; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo William Slack; her special friend, Tom Carder; two sisters, one brother and her parents.
A graveside service for Myrtle will be held at 1:30 PM on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Burkley Cemetery with Rev. Shane Davenport officiating. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington.
