Norris was a member of Northside Baptist Church, formerly worked at Wilsons’ Drug Store, and retired from Howard D. Happy in Mayfield.
He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Greenfield Jones; one son, Joel Allen (Cindy) Jones of the Philippines; Paula Madding of Wingo, KY; one granddaughter, Erica Darnall of Wingo, KY.
Norris is preceded in death by his parents, Homer L. and Audie M. Jones; one brother, Homer L. Jones, Jr.
A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00p.m. Monday May 24, 2021 at the Maplewood Cemetery in Mayfield. Rev. Al Chandler will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10:00a.m. until 1:30p.m. Monday May 24, 2021 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
