Marvin Dale Murphy, 62, of Paducah, passed away Friday, April 30, 2021 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville.
Dale was a carpenter and was of the Baptist Faith.
Dale is survived by his parents, Harmon and Judy Murphy; two brothers, Mike Murphy and Rick Murphy; and seven nieces and nephews.
Preceding Dale in death are his paternal grandparents, Wallace and Quavia Murphy and maternal grandparents, George and Hilda MacLeod.
A memorial service for Dale will be held Friday, May 7, 2021 at 12:00 pm at Lindsey Funeral Home with Dr. Willis Henson officiating. Friends may visit the family from 11:00 am until service hour. Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in Dale’s honor to either St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105) or McCracken County Humane Society (mccrackenhumane.org).
