Sharon Kay Evitts, 68, of Paducah passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Spring Creek Nursing Home in Murray.
Sharon was born in Paducah on May 11, 1952. She was a homemaker.
Surviving is one grandson, Ryan Lynn Doom; three siblings, John Thomas Heflin Jr., Carolyn Sue Heflin Collier, and James Edward Heflin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Pat Evitts; her children, Charles Louis Floyd and Melissa Louise Robinson Doom; her parents, John Thomas Heflin Sr. and Mary Louise Taylor; and two sisters, Betty Jean Heflin Boyd and Connie Louise Heflin Bledsoe.
Funeral services will be at 11:00am on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may visit the family from 10:00am to funeral hour on Tuesday at the funeral home.
