Shirley Ann Mullinax Brindley, 85, of Buchanan, TN, formerly of Griggstown, KY passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at her residence.
Shirley was born on October 15, 1935 in McCracken Co., KY to the late Ona and Lillian Mullinax. She enjoyed tending care of flowers and spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. Shirley loved going out to eat and watching t.v., especially soap operas and CNN. She also loved to spend time travelling. She was a tough lady but had the biggest heart.
She is survived by her daughter, Christina Stevenson of Buchanan, TN; five grandchildren, Brandy Roberts, Shelly Stevenson, Jeremy McCulloch, Alan Stevenson, and Ashley Baker; fifteen great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her two daughters, Susan Gillihan and Sheila Mullinax; her son, Cliff Edwin Stevenson; three sisters, Maggie Filbeck, Evelyn jones, and Dulsie Howard; two brothers, Chester Mullinax and Jim Mullinax; and her parents.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 12, 2021 from 12:00 PM until the service time at 2:00 PM at Filbeck-Cann Funeral Home Chapel.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Filbeck-Cann Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Shawn Vandergriff officiating. Burial will follow at Mullinax Cemetery.
