Scholarship applications for the $1000 Pat and Bobby Cole Scholarship sponsored by the Marshall County Republican Women are now available at any Marshall County High School. Senior girls interested in applying should contact their counselor to get an application. Home-schooled Senior girls should contact Barb Fielder, 270-559-1356, by phone or text to request an application. Applications are also available through the Kentucky Lake Chamber of Commerce Web Site.Requirements include: be a Senior Girl graduating from a Marshall County High School or a Marshall County Home-schooled program with a B average, be a registered Republican or if not 18, be willing to register as a Republican when 18, and be active in both school and community activities. A postmark of April 1, 2021 is necessary to be eligible for consideration.
