Kendel Dawn Terry, 40, of 527 Rudd Street, Smithland was arrested on February 06, 2021 for trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (> or = 2 gms methamphetamine). She was also charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (drug unspecified), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating on a suspended or revoked operators license.
