Elizabeth “Liz” Thomason, 70, of Calvert City, died Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Parkview Nursing and Rehab of peripheral artery disease.
Liz retired as an accountant and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Paducah.
Liz is survived by her husband, Tommy Thomason; two children, David Young and Michelle Sherman; three stepchildren, Scott Thomason, Amy Mosley, and Kim Crice; four siblings, Dorothy Sparks, Russel Griffing, Mary Moss, and Cathy Buttke; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Liz in death are her parents, Waller and Esther Griffing.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
