Kaye (Dixon) Talley, 63, of Gage, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital.
Kaye was born in Jackson, Michigan on December 6, 1957, to William and Catherine (Poole) Dixon. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Wickliffe, KY. Kaye was a homemaker that dedicated her life to caring for her husband, children, and home. She had worked at Metro Special Police as general manager and as a receptionist at Culpepper Place and enjoyed every second she spent with the elderly residents there. In her free time, Kaye loved cooking, taking pictures, scrapbooking, going to family gatherings, and going for Jeep rides with her husband.
Kaye is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of 43 years, Stanley Talley of Gage; one daughter, Angela Talley of Gage; one son, Chris Talley of Lone Oak; one sister, Lorita (Tom) Pickett of Tamms, Illinois; one brother, Bill Dixon Jr. of Paducah; and one grandchild, Skylah Rae Darnell of Gage; two step-grandchildren Alexis Darnell and Cassandra Darnell both of Gage.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Catherine Dixon and one brother, Ronnie Dixon.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Bro. Larry Fraser officiating.
Burial will follow at St. Mary Catholic Church Cemetery in La Center.
