Donnie Paul Turner, 70, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at River Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Mr. Turner was a retired Material Handler for Credence Speaker, and had worked at Essex Wire. He was a member of Newton Creek Baptist Church, longtime member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles, and he loved U.K. Basketball.
He is survived by his daughter, Beth Johnson and husband, Larry of West Paducah; two sons, Shannon Paul Turner and wife, Tracie of Chandler, Arizonia, Kevin Jay Turner of Paducah; one sister, Rita Fay Foster and husband, Daryl of Florence, Alabama; brother, Kenneth Turner and wife, Glynda of Kevil, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Jaevin Paul Johnson, Kaelob Michael Johnson both of West Paducah, Brody Patrick Turner and Tyce Turner both of Chandler, Arizonia, Tevin Johnson and Devin Johnson both of Lexington, Kentucky; and several neices and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Moffitt Turner and Minnie Eileen Elrod Turner; twin sister, Donna “Donnette” Paulette Bell; three brothers, Harold “Skid” Turner, Terry Turner and Bobby Turner.
A Private family graveside memorial service will be held at Newton Creek Cemetery.
