Thomas Edward Duncan, 36, of Wickliffe passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
He was born August 24, 1984 in Jackson, Tennessee to William Duncan and Lisa Semore Duncan.
Thomas is survived by his parents; two daughters, Katie Duncan of La Center and Abby Duncan of Illinois; one son, William Duncan of Illinois; and one sister, Cristy Ely of Vancleve, Mississippi.
There will be no services at this time.
