Luther R. Riley, age 80, of Eddyville, KY and formerly of Abingdon, IL passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020 at Princeton Nursing & Rehab. He was a retired electrician with Maytag Corporation, a farmer and member of Faith Apostolic Church in Princeton, KY.
Survivors include his wife of sixty years, Maudie Marie Johnson Riley, Eddyville, KY; one daughter, Teresa Meyer, Eddyville, KY; one son, Alan Riley, Burlington, IA; two sisters, Gracie Brady, Mesa, AZ and Betty Meyer, Reidland, KY; three brothers, Danny Riley, Tulu, KY, Kenny Neal, Florida and Bill Riley, Paducah, KY; three grandchildren, Alan Riley, Jr., Jeffrey Riley and Anna-Marie Meyer; three great grandchildren, Jayden Riley, Haley Riley and Jaxon Riley; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Luther Orlan Riley, his mother, Maggie Lee Haney Neal; two sisters, Joyce Neal and Donna Riley and one brother, Bob Riley.
There will be no visitation or services. Lakeland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
