Kentucky Dam State Park director Scot Ratzlaff and Terri Tilson joined us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. Something new at the park is a Sustainability Education Center that’s located where the horse stables used to be located. Encompassing just under three acres, the land is being gardened and turned into an education center that will be available for field trips for students, hopefully in the fall of 2021. But anyone is welcome to stop by and take a look at what is going on. Tilson said they’ve only had a budget of about $250 to work with thus far, but that they plan to continue developing the area.
