Billy Dwain Price, 73 of Hardin, KY, passed away Friday, October 23, 2020 at his home.
Mr. Price was born Thursday, August 21, 1947 in Murray, KY, he was the son of the late Sabern Lee Price and the late Jo Alline (Ross) Price. He was the retired owner of Bill Price Construction and Excavating. He was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, Benton, KY.
Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Sherry (Pritchard) Price, two daughters, Kathy Jo (Price) Chambers, husband Jay of Hardin, KY, Kristi Lee (Price) McKendree of Hardin, KY, one son, Tyler Price (Alyssa)of Hardin, KY; four grandsons, Adam Hunter, wife Debbie of Gilbertsville, KY, Jacob Price of Fairdealing, KY, Gauge Chambers (Kelly) of Benton, KY, Aaron McKendree of Hardin, KY; two great grandsons, Wesley Hunter and Luca Price; one great granddaughter, Audrey Hunter; a daughter-in-law, Janet Dobbs, husband Tommy of Fairdealing, KY; one son-in-law, Stoney Hunter, wife Tammy; brother, Buddy Price, wife Deidra of Fairdealing, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Bobby Price, three sisters, Janice Hamlett, Carol Dutton and Linda Mills; his son Kent Dwain Price and his daughter, Kimberly Kaye (Price) Hunter.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday, October 26, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at the Horn Cemetery. Bro. Wayne Hopkins will officiate. Burial will follow.
No public visitation is scheduled.
Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th St. Benton, KY has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mr. Price.
