David W. Phillips, 65, died on Friday, September 11, 2020.
He was a lifetime Paducah resident and was a professional artist and musician.
David is survived by one son, Isaac Phillips, and good friend, Margaret (Maggie) Lawson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Warren Phillips and Zeda Phillips.
No services are planned.
